Crispy Shrimp Scampi with Lemon Peas
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
