Homemade Pasta Dough ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
First things first, you gotta make that dough. In a large mixer bowl, combine the flour and salt. Using the dough hook attachment, turn the mixer on low and gradually add the eggs until the dough comes together. If the dough looks too dry, add some water, one tablespoon at a time.
